Project Manager- Electrical Construction

Manage mid-to-large scale electrical construction projects from start to finish, assuming primary leadership and conducting effective pre-planning meetings to maximize resources. Direct project execution by coordinating with regional department heads, negotiating subcontracts, and maintaining liaison with prime clients to facilitate scheduling and successful construction activities. Prepare master project schedules and variance reports, manage all financial aspects including costs and billings, and proactively pursue additional work through change orders. Monitor project development through administrative direction of on-site superintendents, ensure document compliance, and promote a positive safety culture by communicating Egan policies. Make well-informed decisions with limited guidance, investigate serious situations to circumvent problems, and build long-term relationships with customers, consultants, and subcontractors while attending job progress meetings as required.
