Project Manager (eFront)

Job Summary
Own end-to-end delivery of BlackRock eFront implementation, migration, and enhancement projects for private markets clients, ensuring on-time, on-budget execution. Build and maintain project plans, RAID logs, and budgets while coordinating cross-functional teams across Belgrade and London. Act as primary point of contact for client sponsors and liaise directly with BlackRock product teams, managing change requests and risk mitigation. Support pre-sales scoping and estimation for new engagements. Maintain documentation, prepare steering committee packs, and ensure adherence to Alpha FMC and vendor methodologies using Azure DevOps, Jira, and GIT. Support resource planning and mentoring of nearshore team members while driving continuous improvement of delivery frameworks.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years' experience managing BlackRock eFront or similar vendor implementation, configuration or managed service projects
- Proven track record delivering technology or data implementation projects within private markets or asset management
- Solid working knowledge of private equity, private credit, real estate or infrastructure fund operations and lifecycles
- Excellent stakeholder management and client-facing skills
- Ability to communicate confidently at senior client and vendor level
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
- BA/BSc in Finance, Business, Technology, Computer Science or equivalent work experience
