Job Summary
Project Manager to lead large, technically complex tensile-structure projects for ETS. Responsibilities include providing administrative, operational, and technical direction; leading design applications and technical solutions; coordinating post-sale design development; managing procurement, subcontracts, and vendor performance; building schedules, SOVs, and monthly billing; monitoring cash flow and financial performance; enforcing QA/QC across the supply chain and field operations; leading field safety walks and change-order/contract administration; mentoring project teams and conducting progress meetings with general contractors. Requires a Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering or related field and at least 8 years of related experience; travel is required. Location: Buffalo, NY (onsite).
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering or related field
- 8+ years of related experience in tensile-structure construction/engineering
- Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or government regulations
- Experience with project scheduling and cost control; proficiency with PM software (e.g., Primavera, Microsoft Project); strong Excel/Word skills
