Job Summary
Lead architectural projects from concept through construction by planning resources, schedules, and budgets while keeping them on track. Guide project teams, coordinate with clients, consultants, and contractors, and resolve design, code, and construction challenges. Partner with project leads and studio leadership to manage scope changes, control costs, ensure document accuracy, and support successful delivery. Oversee finances, contribute to proposals, and foster team development through delegation and coaching. Requires a Bachelor's in architecture, 10+ years of experience, and a CA Licensed Architect credential, with proficiency in BIM/Revit and Bluebeam. Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in architecture or equivalent
- minimum of 10 years architectural project experience
- Strong organization, communication and problem solving skills
- ability to balance multiple priorities in a fast-paced, team environment
- Proficient with BIM/Revit software programs
- MS Office Suite
- Bluebeam
- K-12 and/or Higher Education project experience
- CA Licensed Architect
