Job Summary
Project Manager position within Harris & Associates' Education team, responsible for leading project delivery for K-12 school districts and higher education institutions. Key duties include serving as primary contact with stakeholders, managing project budgets and schedules, overseeing design teams and contractors, ensuring compliance with codes and regulatory requirements (including DSA), facilitating meetings, mentoring junior staff, and communicating status to district leadership. Requires a Bachelor's degree in a related field, 6+ years of PM/construction experience, DSA project experience for K-12, OSHA-10 certification, and a valid driver's license; PMP/CCM are highly preferred. Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, architecture, or a related field
- 6+ years of project, construction, or program management experience with increasing responsibilities in each assignment
- Experience with Division of State Architect (DSA) projects required with specific K-12 experience
- OSHA-10 certification (required within 1 month of hiring)
- Valid driver's license with satisfactory driving record
- Additional certifications/licenses such as PMP or CCM highly preferred
