Job Summary
Architectural Project Manager for Education leads multidisciplinary teams through the full project lifecycle from programming to final occupancy, engaging with educational boards, administrators, and faculty to translate requirements into innovative architectural solutions. Oversees integrated design management, regulatory and safety stewardship (TAS/ADA, local codes), fiscal/resource oversight, and construction synergies. Requires a Bachelor’s or Master’s in Architecture from an NAAB-accredited program, Active RA license, 7+ years in Education, and proficiency with Revit and PM tools; NCARB/LEED/WELL credentials preferred. Hybrid/in-office in Dallas Design District with salary $115k–$145k plus bonus and ESOP.
Required Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture from an NAAB-accredited program.
- Licensure: Active Registered Architect (RA) license.
- Experience: 7+ years of professional experience, with a proven track record specifically within the Education sector (K-12 or Higher Ed).
- Software Proficiency: Revit and project management platforms (e.g., Newforma, Deltek, or Procore).
- Technical Expertise: Knowledge of Texas school construction standards and local Dallas zoning/building codes.
