Job Summary
Project Manager position leading, facilitating and delivering multi-size projects end-to-end in a healthcare-adjacent senior living organization. Responsibilities include partnering across functional areas to develop business cases and project plans, tracking progress, coordinating data collection, coaching on project management tools, and building relationships with sponsors, leadership, stakeholders, and vendors. The role Quantifies costs and benefits to prioritize projects with the greatest ROI and contributes to change across the organization. Requires a Bachelor's degree in a related field and three years of project management experience; PMP certification is preferred. The work location is Shoreview, MN with a hybrid schedule including onsite presence up to two days per week.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Project Management, Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, Organizational Leadership or related field
- Three (3) years of project management experience
- Experience leading, facilitating and executing projects
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to develop and maintain productive relationships
- Demonstrates initiative
- Ability to prioritize and adapt to changing priorities
- Excellent communication skills
- Able to maintain confidentiality and demonstrate good judgment
- Ability to communicate effectively in both verbal and written formats
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite
