Job Summary
Lead and manage capital projects across Transmission, Distribution, Substation, and Road Widening within the Electric Delivery organization. Serve as the single point of responsibility for project execution from planning through close-out, including scope, schedule, budget, risk, quality, procurement, communications, and human resources. Responsibilities include coordinating engineering, procurement, construction, and startup activities; reviewing PSA/PCRs; maintaining accurate status reporting; facilitating project team meetings; and ensuring in-service dates align with PSA-quality estimates and company objectives. Requires strong knowledge of CPM scheduling, budgeting, change control, and stakeholder communications, with demonstrated ability to drive project performance and deliver technical and financial results on complex capital programs. Education/experience aligned with senior project management demands; PMP and PE licenses preferred.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED (Required)
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Engineering, Building Construction or related field (Preferred)
- Minimum of ten years of work experience in Contract Administration, Electric Delivery System Infrastructure, Scheduling (CPM), Budgeting Systems and Cost Controls, and Contractor Claims Negotiations (Required for Level I)
- Direct experience in electric distribution/transmission project administration (Preferred)
- Two years of electric distribution/transmission project administration experience (Preferred)
- Proven supervisory experience (Preferred)
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification (Preferred)
- Professional Engineering License (Preferred)
