Project Manager

Job Summary
Develop full-cycle project implementation from startup permits and mobilization to closeout documentation and final accounting. Supervise multiple projects simultaneously by creating business plans, staging and logistics plans, and coordinating subcontractors. Manage contract deliverables, quality testing, and reporting while administering subcontracts, purchase orders, and change orders. Set up projects in Procore software, expedite material deliveries, and prioritize submittals to maintain accurate labor forecasts. Conduct bi-weekly safety surveys, meet with city agencies for inspections, and attend OAC progress meetings to create monthly status reports. Mentor assistant project managers and co-op students as needed.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor degree in construction, engineering, or related field
- Minimum of 3 years of construction experience
- Experience managing all aspects of construction projects including architectural, civil, structural, mechanical and electrical
- Working knowledge of Procore, MS Project, and other construction software
- Basic understanding of financial accounting systems
- Strong oral communication and interpersonal skills
- Technical writing skills
- Conflict resolution skills
- Superior organizational skills
- Ability to multitask
- Willingness to travel and/or relocate, as both may be required
