Job Summary
Project Manager for Earthwork & Utilities responsible for leading civil construction site-development projects from post-award through final closeout. Manages budgets, cost tracking, subcontractor bids, procurement of materials, change orders, client billings, and receivables while coordinating field operations and addressing scope changes. Leads pre-construction, progress, and closeout meetings and utilizes construction management software to track performance. Requires 5+ years of civil construction project management with strong budgeting and cost-control skills; proficient in Microsoft Office with preference for HCSS (HeavyBid/HeavyJob) and Vista Viewpoint; strong leadership and coordination abilities.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience managing earthwork and utility construction projects
- Strong budgeting and cost controls
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects and priorities
- Effective communication and leadership
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office; experience with HCSS HeavyBid/HeavyJob and Vista Viewpoint preferred
