Job Summary
Coordinate and oversee full project lifecycle for technical, financial, and organizational aspects, including analyzing client functional questions and developing automation projects that create value. Lead multidisciplinary teams to deliver approved projects within agreed costs and timelines while ensuring safety and quality. Prepare cost-benefit analyses for management and represent the company at client and partner meetings. Drive continuous process improvement and maintain strict adherence to agreements and deadlines.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor- of masterdiploma in mechanica, industrieel ingenieur of gelijkwaardig
- Ervaring in projectleiding binnen een relevante industriële omgeving
- kennis van automatisatie
- Vlotte kennis van Nederlands en Engels (mondeling en schriftelijk)
Desired Qualifications
- Frans is een plus
- Sterke affiniteit met techniek (o.a. elektriciteit, PLC, SCADA, MES)
- ervaring in people management
- Flexibel, stressbestendig en oplossingsgericht met een proactieve 'make it happen'-mentaliteit
- Teamgerichte ingesteldheid met empathie en een positieve, samenwerkingsgerichte houding
- Motivatie, leergierigheid en de juiste ingesteldheid
