Job Summary
Lead end-to-end planning, execution, and delivery of e-commerce projects while collaborating with cross-functional teams including Business, Product, Development, QA, UI/UX, and Operations. Define project scope, timelines, milestones, and resource allocation; monitor progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation plans. Manage stakeholder communication, provide regular status updates, and ensure timely delivery maintaining quality standards. Coordinate sprint planning, backlog management, and Agile ceremonies while driving continuous process improvement and optimizing project delivery. Manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment using tools like Jira, Confluence, or Asana.
Required Qualifications
- 6+ years of experience in Project Management
- significant experience in e-commerce projects
- Proven experience delivering B2C/B2B e-commerce platforms and digital transformation initiatives
- Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies and SDLC
- Excellent project planning, risk management, and stakeholder management skills
- Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving abilities
- Hands-on experience with project management tools such as Jira, Confluence, Asana, or Microsoft Project
Desired Qualifications
- Experience working with platforms such as Shopify, Magento, WooCommerce, Salesforce Commerce Cloud, or similar
- PMP, Scrum Master, or Agile certification
