Job Summary
Define project scope and design complete plans before development begins, creating Work Breakdown Structures that sequence requirements through launch. Administer schedules using Gantt Charts to ensure dependencies and delivery timelines are met while leading implementation or migration projects for E-Commerce platforms. Coordinate integration of online stores with ERP systems, inventory, payment gateways, and logistics, managing multidisciplinary teams to achieve objectives. Control risks and scope changes to guarantee adherence to budget, reporting financial progress and status to international stakeholders in English. This high-visibility opportunity directly impacts customer engineering user experiences within our hybrid team.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Systems, Business Administration, or related field
- Proven experience as a Senior Project Manager leading E‐Commerce projects under the Waterfall methodology
- Knowledge and proficiency in project management tools such as Microsoft Project, Smartsheet, Jira
- Experience in implementing or migrating E‐Commerce platforms (Magento/Adobe Commerce, Salesforce Commerce Cloud, VTEX, Shopify Plus)
- Knowledge of complex system integrations: ERP (SAP, Oracle), WMS, payment gateways (Stripe, PayPal), logistics
- Ability to coordinate multidisciplinary teams (Frontend/Backend, UX/UI, Digital Marketing, Operations/Logistics)
- Experience in risk control, budgeting, and stakeholder management
- Advanced English (C1/C2), essential for communication and reporting with international executives
- Highly structured, meticulous profile with strong long‐term planning skills
