Project Manager - Dynamic Traffic

Lead technical traffic analysis assignments and supervise production for traffic studies, engineering design, and operations contracts. Develop, maintain, and execute project objectives, timelines, goals, and budgets while preparing technical reports such as traffic impact analysis. Conduct client communications, attend project meetings, and provide testimony at public hearings. Supervise engineers and personnel, manage sub-consultants, and oversee quality control on studies managed by others. Assist in major project pursuits, new business development, and local client relationships by identifying potential projects and building community presence through the Institute of Transportation Engineers. Perform operational analysis using CORSIM, HCS, SYNCHRO, and VISSIM, and prepare written reports and oral presentations. Serve as technical liaison on project efforts and coordinate technical efforts within the traffic engineering discipline.
