Project Manager - Dynamic Traffic

Lead technical traffic analysis assignments, supervise production, and manage project objectives, timelines, and budgets for traffic studies, engineering design, and operations contracts. Prepare technical reports including traffic impact analysis, conduct client communications, and provide testimony at public hearings. Supervise engineers and personnel, oversee quality control on studies managed by others, and serve as the technical liaison to coordinate efforts within the traffic engineering discipline. Assist with major project pursuits, new business development, and local client relationships while participating in the Institute of Transportation Engineers chapter. Oversee operational analysis using programs such as CORSIM, HCS, SYNCHRO, and VISSIM, and prepare written reports and oral presentations related to traffic, parking, operation, and safety studies. Partner with the Principal to pursue new transportation planning and traffic engineering contracts.
