Job Summary
Project Manager responsible for managing a project from inception to completion, including overall planning, coordination, and control to deliver a functionally and financially viable result on time and within cost and quality targets. Key duties include assisting in managing scope and schedules, collaborating with project teams to define objectives and deliverables, contributing to progress monitoring, helping with issue and risk management, participating in resource allocation and budget monitoring, preparing status reports for stakeholders, identifying process improvements and best practices, data collection and analysis for performance evaluations, and fostering a collaborative, team-oriented work environment. Requires a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (or equivalent experience), 5+ years of relevant work experience, proven project/program management experience, and proficiency with project management methodologies, tools, and software. Advanced degree and certifications such as PMP or PRINCE2 are a plus.
