Job Summary
Manage technical and software projects by planning charters, scheduling deliverables, and driving program dependencies to resolution. Guide project management staff, resolve issues and risks, and lead teams through agile sprint planning and daily scrums. Prepare status reports, analyze metrics, and present findings while utilizing JIRA, Azure DevOps, and Confluence. Requires a Master's degree in computer science or information systems, with PMP and CSM certifications preferred. The role supports data design, extraction, and big data transformation initiatives using AWS and Power BI.
Required Qualifications
- Masters' degree in computer science, information systems, or closely related disciplines
- Working knowledge of JIRA and Azure DevOps (formerly VSTS), Confluence
- Advance knowledge of Excel, MS PowerPoint, and MS Project
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Leadership skills
- Ability to negotiate

Desired Qualifications
- PMP certification preferred
- Certified Scrum Master (CSM) preferred
- Background in Software development is highly desirable
- Certification or knowledge of AWS is highly desirable
- Exposure to data design, data extraction, and big data transformation projects is highly desirable
- Change Management Certification preferred
- Six Sigma Black Belt Certification desirable
- Knowledge of Power BI is highly desirable
