Job Summary
Project Manager with 8+ years of heavy civil construction experience to lead power, telecommunications, fiber optic, earthwork, and site civil projects in the Aiken, SC area. Align labor, equipment, and crews for optimal field production; develop plans, schedules, and budgets; manage submittals, RFIs, PCOs, quantities, and procurement; lead subcontractor and supplier buyout; submit change orders and pay applications; supervise the project team and maintain strong client relationships throughout all civil and utility phases.
Required Qualifications
- 8+ years of experience in heavy civil construction
- Experience managing power, telecommunications, fiber optic, earthwork, and site civil projects
- Proficiency in scheduling software (Primavera P6, MS Project, or equivalent)
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field preferred
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Must have valid driver’s license
- Must be a U.S. Citizen
- Must participate in pre-employment and random drug screening program
- Subject to a background screening process
