Job Summary
Manage coordination and progression of scientific research projects by starting or leading development subteams and organizing cross-functional project teams. Define objectives, scope, tasks, and milestones; build project schedules; identify resource needs; track execution against schedule; and manage risks. Diagnose team health and take action to address team issues, including preparing teams for governance meetings for clinical development. Requires a Bachelor's degree with 7+ years or MS with 5+ years in the pharmaceutical industry, with direct drug development experience. Must be on-site at Foster City three days per week.
