Job Summary
Lead and execute spray seal and stabilisation projects ensuring on-time and within-budget delivery. Manage and mentor project supervisors and teams, oversee financials including budgets and claims, and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards. Drive Zero Harm initiatives while enhancing operational performance through continuous improvement strategies.
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience in senior project management within stabilisation, spray seal, asphalt or civil road construction.
- Tertiary qualifications in Engineering, Business Management or a related discipline.
Desired Qualifications
- Strong financial acumen and experience managing operational budgets.
- Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
- Demonstrated leadership capability and ability to drive team performance.
- Sound knowledge of safety, quality and environmental standards and legislation.
