Job Summary
Project Manager needed to support design and construction administration for mission-critical projects at DLB Associates. Responsibilities include driving project design from inception to construction, developing owner project requirements and space planning, representing the firm at site visits and client meetings, evaluating subcontractor proposals, leading pre-construction activities, coordinating resources and material forecasting, developing and monitoring schedules, QA/QC plans, managing project budgets and profitability, and maintaining stakeholder relationships. The role also involves proposals/presentations, marketing efforts, and ongoing client communications, with a focus on leveraging technology and AI-enabled tools to improve efficiency. Requirements include a B.A./B.S. in engineering, construction, or related discipline (or two additional years of related experience in lieu of degree) and a minimum of five years of related field experience. Travel approximately 15% is required.
Required Qualifications
- B.A. / B.S. degree in engineering, construction or related discipline OR Two years of additional experience in related field in lieu of degree
- Minimum of five years of experience of related field
- Ability to manage budgets and project schedules
- Experience with AutoCAD and / or Revit
- Experience with Procore or construction management software
- Strong client relationship management and communication skills
- Knowledge of MEP / FA / FP trades and general construction requirements
- Ability to travel approximately 15%
