Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture, Interior Design, or demonstrated experience in interior commercial construction
- 15+ years of related industry experience, including 5+ years managing interior architecture projects
- Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Dynamics, Microsoft Project, or similar)
- Strong leadership, organization, and client management skills
- Excellent communication abilities both verbal and written
- Solid understanding of building codes, zoning regulations, and interior construction practices
- Professional, collaborative, and self-motivated work ethic
- Must work in the office 3 days a week or more
- Portfolio and resume required to be considered for this role
