Job Summary
Plan, manage, and monitor enterprise-level transformation initiatives focused on process optimization, automation, and AI-driven solutions. Lead cross-functional projects involving multiple business units and technical stakeholders while ensuring transparent delivery, effective communication, and incremental business value. Drive end-to-end project lifecycle management using Agile, Scrum, or hybrid methodologies, perform risk analysis, and implement corrective actions based on KPIs. Coordinate delivery teams, support onboarding, and promote the adoption of modern technologies and AI-assisted productivity tools across the organization.
Required Qualifications
- At least 5 years of experience in project management
- Proven experience managing cross-functional or transformation initiatives
- Experience working in enterprise environments with multiple stakeholders and parallel projects
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies and delivery frameworks
- Experience collaborating with technical teams and managing IT-related projects
- Understanding of modern technologies, integrations, and automation approaches
- Knowledge of Agile, Scrum, Kanban, or hybrid delivery approaches
- Strong risk management and decision-making capabilities
- Awareness of AI capabilities and willingness to integrate AI into workflows
- Intermediate English level or higher
Desired Qualifications
- Experience with enterprise digital transformation programs
- Experience implementing automation or AI-driven business solutions
- PMP, PRINCE2, Agile, or similar certifications
- Experience with process improvement methodologies
