Project Manager - Digital Print

Job Summary
Manage digital print and mailing projects from order entry through billing, serving as the primary liaison among customers, sales, and cross-functional teams including prepress, production, and shipping. Review orders against approved estimates, coordinate proofs and preproduction requirements, and monitor milestones to identify risks and drive issue resolution. Create accurate job documentation, manage scope changes, and prepare billing submissions while maintaining customer-specific knowledge for consistent execution. Coordinate customer approvals and communicate status, decisions, and customer-impacting issues clearly to stakeholders. Participate in continuous improvement efforts and process standardization to enhance quality and efficiency.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of three years of project management, customer service, or print manufacturing experience
- Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for current or future visa sponsorship
Desired Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business, graphic communications, project management, or a related field preferred
- Experience managing complex digital print, direct mail, or marketing production projects strongly preferred
- Experience with prepress, finishing, mailing, fulfillment, or related production operations preferred
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to communicate effectively with customers, Sales, and cross-functional teams
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities, detailed specifications, deadlines, and changing requirements in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
- Ability to identify risks, evaluate options, coordinate resources, and drive issues to resolution while maintaining customer confidence
- Working knowledge of commercial print production, including digital print, prepress, finishing, mailing, fulfillment, and related documentation
