Job Summary
Project Manager, Digital Health leading planning, execution, and delivery of digital health initiatives to enhance patient care, clinical workflows, and organizational transformation. Interfaces with clinical staff, IT, operations, and leadership to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope and budget, and aligned with strategic objectives. Responsibilities include developing detailed project plans, timelines, resource allocations, risk management strategies, stakeholder engagement, change management, vendor coordination, contract and SLA oversight, budget monitoring, KPI tracking, and ensuring compliance with data privacy and cybersecurity standards. Requires strong healthcare domain knowledge, experience with EMRs/EHRs, telehealth, and digital health tool integrations, plus proficiency with MS Project/Jira/Confluence/Smartsheet. Excellent communication across clinical, technical, and executive audiences; willingness to work off-hours during critical project phases; PMP certification is an asset and post-secondary education in a related field is beneficial. Location is Newmarket, Ontario with hybrid work arrangements in a hospital setting.
