Job Summary
Oversee the success and continuous improvement of digital health and care transformation initiatives across the ambulatory environment. Support planning and execution of complex cross-functional projects to drive care transformation and build a digitally native care delivery ecosystem. Provide consultation to staff, providers, and leadership on digital health initiatives and care delivery innovation. Facilitate goal, metric, and scope definition with project sponsors while creating and maintaining project plans to ensure delivery within agreed service levels. Lead continuous improvements in digital health projects and develop training materials and workflow content for staff, providers, and leadership. Evaluate risks and monitor project plans to keep initiatives within boundaries throughout all stages. This role requires a Bachelor's degree, five years of digital health experience, and three years of process improvement or program management experience. Salary ranges from $101,213 to $161,907 annually.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
- 5 years of experience in digital health, telemedicine, or healthcare innovation
- 3 years of demonstrated process improvement and or program management experience
- Ability to identify and understand project problems and issues and develop solutions
- Ability to balance technical, marketing, operational and business perspectives
- Ability to drive issues to closure, excellent follow-through skills and experience leading work on large-scale projects
- Strong oral and written communication skills
Desired Qualifications
- 5 years of proven process improvement experience
- Project management certificate
- Experience and familiarity working with electronic medical record (EMR) systems, such as EPIC
- Clinical experience in an ambulatory environment
