Job Summary
Oversee planning, execution, and completion of carpentry projects in DH Pace's Carpentry Group, coordinating with General Contractors and Contractors to deliver on schedule and within budget. Responsible for developing project schedules, monitoring expenditures, preparing financial reports, ensuring accurate submittals, and conducting quality assurance reviews to meet project specifications. Requires strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills to manage multiple stakeholders and adapt to changing project requirements.
Required Qualifications
- Two (2) or more years of Project Management experience in Construction or related field preferred
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field preferred
- Proven track record of managing budgets, timelines, and submittals effectively
- Strong partnership skills with General Contractors and other stakeholder
- Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills
- Ability to adapt to changing project requirements and environments
