Job Summary
Lead development and project management of wind and/or solar projects from concept to start of construction. Coordinate field activities, contractors, and engineering consultants; manage project schedules, budgets, site logistics, and risk; oversee documentation, reports, and governance materials; facilitate stakeholder engagement with permitting authorities, utilities, Indigenous partners, and landowners; support bid and technical submissions; require a Bachelor’s degree and 4+ years in energy/utilities-related roles; willingness to travel and ability to obtain security clearance. Travel up to 25% and in-field work are expected; PMP/CEM or related credentials preferred.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Civil, Power, Energy Systems, or related discipline
- 4+ years of progressive analytical experience in energy, utilities, infrastructure, or related sectors
- Experience with contractors, field technicians, and site service providers
- Willingness to travel up to 25% for site visits and stakeholder engagement
- Strong communication, integrity, and judgment; ability to work independently
