Job Summary
Manage Data Center design projects from concept through closeout, leading the design phase while overseeing business development, financial management, and staff mentorship. Direct the project team, maintain Autodesk Cloud or Procore file structures, and ensure compliance with architect/engineer partners. Drive weekly schedule updates, track design packages, and facilitate cross-partner alignment through liaison meetings with clients, A&E teams, and subcontractors. Lead submittals, RFIs, and site visits to ensure constructability and quality control, while managing change orders and cost impacts. Maintain accurate cost and status reports to meet client objectives.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management, Architecture, Engineering or a related field and/or an equivalency of relevant experience
- 5-10 years' experience in a variety of building types and construction management through all phases of construction

- Excellent communicator, both verbally and in writing
- Practical and logical qualities; good problem-solving skills, strong numeracy, and financial management skills; ability to write clear and precise reports and relate complex information to a diverse range of people
- Able to inspire and manage diverse teams
- Proficient in the Microsoft Office Suite of programs including Microsoft Project
