Job Summary
Project Manager, Design & Construction leading and coordinating all phases of investor-center relocation/renovation for a national banking client. Responsibilities include managing project lifecycle from launch through closeout, ensuring alignment with client standards, scope, budget, schedule, and quality; leading due diligence, budgeting, design development, permitting, bidding, procurement, contractor coordination, landlord approvals, trade releases, and turnover; coordinating among clients, landlords, architects, engineers, contractors, vendors, and internal stakeholders; monitoring schedules, budgets, risks, milestones, and change management; conducting site visits, turnover inspections, and acceptance; coordinating technology, security, furniture, relocation, and occupancy readiness; identifying process improvements and maintaining compliant project documentation.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or technical certification in construction management, project coordination, or a related field preferred.
- 8–10 years of project management experience in construction, design, corporate interiors, retail, banking, financial services, or similar environments.
