Project Manager (Denver and Loveland, CO)

Lead and coordinate the planning, budgeting, administration, and delivery of public infrastructure improvements for growing Colorado communities. Manage bidding processes, contract administration, budgeting and payments, project oversight, board-ready documentation, and cross-functional collaboration with engineers, developers, attorneys, and district boards. Responsibilities include preparing bid packages and summaries, administering construction contracts and service agreements, tracking budgets and capital fund budgets, processing pay applications, monitoring project progress, driving project closeout and warranty activities, and preparing board materials and annual reports. Requires a Bachelor's degree, 3+ years of project management/municipal/public works experience, strong Excel and communication skills, attention to detail, and a valid Colorado driver’s license.
