Job Summary
Support day-to-day delivery of creative and marketing communication projects by planning campaigns, coordinating social media, video production, branding, and events. Work hands-on across campaign planning and delivery while coordinating with internal teams, external partners, clients, and creative strategists to keep projects moving. Manage resourcing, invoicing, and project profitability, and track deadlines and priorities across multiple initiatives. Communicate proactively throughout the project lifecycle within a fast-paced agency environment. Requires agency background, social media and video production experience, and strong organizational skills. Finnish and English language skills are required.
Required Qualifications
- Agency background and understanding of how creative agency work runs
- Experience in project management, account coordination, or another operational delivery role
- Hands-on experience with social media and an understanding of how social campaigns are built and delivered
- Experience in video production, content production, influencer cooperation, integrated campaigns
- Brand experience and event production experience
- Finnish and English language skills
