Job Summary
Maintain a working portfolio of projects, tracking status, owners, and key dates while proactively following up with project owners to surface blockers before they become delays. Act as the connective point between NA Strategy & PMO and functional/commercial leaders, communicating clearly with stakeholders at varying levels to ensure initiatives move from concept to completion. Prepare concise, decision-ready status updates and escalations for leadership forums, flag risks early, and recommend paths forward. Apply lightweight project management structures appropriate to each initiative's complexity and capture lessons learned to improve future planning. This individual-contributor role requires regular in-office physical presence to facilitate real-time collaboration and face-to-face interaction with cross-functional teams.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- 3+ years of experience in project coordination, project management, or a similar execution-focused role
- Demonstrated ability to work independently, prioritize, and manage multiple workstreams with minimal oversight
- Strong interpersonal skills with proven comfort engaging senior stakeholders, including in a sales or commercial organization context
- Excellent follow-through and organizational habits; able to hold others accountable to deadlines without direct authority over them
- Willingness to travel periodically as initiatives require
- Regular in-office physical presence
Desired Qualifications
- experience in a matrixed or multi-stakeholder environment
- Proficiency with standard project tracking tools (e.g., Smartsheet, Excel, or similar)
- CRM familiarity (e.g., Salesforce)
- PMP/CAPM or similar certification
