Project Manager - Delivery Trading Platform

Coordinate delivery across interdependent teams including quant developers, platform engineers, infrastructure, IT, and business stakeholders without direct line authority. Define and enforce "done" criteria with each engineering team, sort out test environments to ensure proper end-to-end validation, and track every in-flight workstream across the QIS platform scope. Demonstrate working software on a week-to-week basis to senior stakeholders, identify cross-team dependencies early to prevent programme blockers, and translate technical constraints and delivery risks into clear narratives for front-office sponsors. Requires a hands-on implementation or engineering background with proven delivery of trading platforms. Based in London with a three-day on-site commitment.
