Project Manager

Manage projects from start to finish, including bidding, project buy-out, administering contracts, and managing schedules and budgets. Coordinate with the On-site Superintendent via web-enabled communication and conduct site visits to oversee all areas of construction. Requires five years of experience managing multi-tenant centers, large box retail, grocery, restaurant, and Auto Dealership construction, along with a Construction Management or Engineering/Architectural degree.
