Job Summary
Lead MOA-related work and manage small to medium strategic or large tactical projects with moderate complexity. Proactively join meetings to understand policies and standards, then coordinate with factories to plan, execute, and communicate for new product MOA certificates and renewals. Manage government policy and subsidy projects, ensuring full compliance with national standards while collaborating with GA teams to achieve business needs. Establish priorities, gather resources for multi-disciplinary teams of 6 to 12 persons across 3 to 6 disciplines, and oversee team performance and efficiency. Fluently report in English for all meetings. Bachelor's degree in mechanical or project management required; MBA preferred.

- Knowledge with tractor and combine
- English should be fluently to report in all meetings
- Bachler or above
- Major in mechanical or project management related courses
