Job Summary
Lead the execution of Weatherford's high-profile deepwater MPD project in Indonesia as the primary client interface. Conduct daily operational meetings, build long-term customer relationships, and serve as the technical authority for MPD systems including Integrated Riser Joint, Topside MPD Equipment, and RCD Gen 2/3. Provide leadership throughout all project phases, ensuring safe, efficient, and on-time delivery while coordinating with engineering, operations, logistics, and commercial teams. Monitor schedules, budgets, risks, and performance to drive continuous improvement. Ensure compliance with HSE, quality, and operational standards. Prepare, mobilize, and ship all MPD equipment for readiness. Conduct regular management visits to the offshore rig in Papua to oversee operations and support the field team.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Petroleum, Mechanical, or related discipline)
- Minimum 8–10 years of Managed Pressure Drilling (MPD) experience
- Extensive experience leading deepwater MPD projects
- Demonstrated success managing complex offshore deepwater drilling projects as a Project Manager
- Strong technical expertise in offshore MPD systems, pressure control, and deepwater well construction
- Experience managing project mobilization, logistics, equipment preparation, and offshore operations
- Willingness to travel regularly between Jakarta and Papua, including offshore rig visits
Desired Qualifications
- Proven experience with Integrated Riser Joint (IRJ), Topside MPD Equipment, and RCD Gen 2/3
