Job Summary
Project Manager sought by Dedalus to lead delivery of healthcare IT projects in the UK Healthcare Delivery Team. Responsibilities include creating and implementing project definitions, schedules, budgets and objectives for one or more medium to large projects; overseeing costs, schedules and quality; monitoring project status and risks; applying risk-mitigation strategies; and managing expectations of clients, company and project teams by providing and tracking metrics. Requires broad experience in leading medium to large projects, familiarity with Catalyst PM methodology, and skills across architecture, development, integration, and deployment of project phases, along with strong communication and leadership capabilities to mentor team members and interact with clients.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Broad experience in leading medium to large projects
- Experience with project management methodology such as Catalyst
- Experience with budgeting, planning, control and assurance
- Experience with architecture, development, integration, deployment of project phases
- Delivery assurance principles and procedures
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects
- Ability to handle ambiguity and change
- Leadership skills to guide and mentor colleagues
