Project Manager, Debit Operations Network Releases

Lead end-to-end network release delivery for Capital One's Debit Operations, coordinating with product and tech teams to ensure planning, certification, implementation, and adoption of quarterly network mandates. Develop and execute a repeatable process to support smooth transitions during release cycles, provide guidance to relationship managers and implementation managers for deep-dive sessions with issuers, acquirers, and processors, and partner with product, tech, and test organizations to ensure readiness for client setup and certification efforts. Drive post-production monitoring, issue resolution, and reporting to network leadership; identify systemic trends to improve network specifications; travel to understand operational processes; require strong communication, influence, and project-management skills in a high-scale payments environment. Ensure alignment with network operations, partner success, and change management while coordinating with internal and external clients.
