Evaluate the technical feasibility of local sites to verify compliance with internal and administrative requirements, ensuring smooth implementation and obtaining necessary permits. Propose Capex proposals for site packages, review engineering projects to ensure legislative compliance and on-time delivery, and manage tender processes to support procurement decisions. Plan and control project execution by coordinating internal departments and external teams to guarantee adherence to schedules, quality standards, and budget constraints. Monitor Capex throughout all phases, making necessary adjustments to unforeseen complications to maintain cost control. This hybrid role supports Alsea's global standardization of SAP workflows across its diverse portfolio of brands.
