Project Manager

Part-time Project Manager with 20+ years’ experience in Oracle Federal Financials, Agile implementation, and AWS migration. Responsibilities include serving as the contractor Project Manager to oversee contractor activities, acting as primary liaison with the SBA COR, developing and maintaining the Project Management Plan describing the technical approach, organizational resources, management controls, cost controls, performance controls, and schedule controls; coordinating project activities with FSD teams, Agency management, SBA Federal employees, users, other contractors, vendors, auditors, IG representatives, and IT staff as directed by the SBA COR; delivering project management artifacts such as performance metrics, project plans, schedules, status inputs, risk items, and corrective action tracking; monitoring staffing, onboarding, transition, deliverable performance, quality, issue resolution, and schedule adherence; ensuring contract work remains aligned to PWS requirements, non-personal services restrictions, SBA procedures, security requirements, and communication protocols; coordinating staffing continuity and replacement planning; performing other duties as assigned.
