Job Summary
Project Manager in Albuquerque responsible for profitability and successful execution of projects including client service, business development, staff utilization, contract management, billing and project profitability. Lead and train designers, develop technical skills of subordinates, and maintain client relationships. Manage proposals and RFPS/SOQs, prepare fee proposals and contractual agreements, coordinate with building officials for code checks and zoning, oversee engineering disciplines, ensure timely submission of milestone documents, maintain records, and support invoicing. Requires college degree in mechanical/electrical/architectural engineering with HVAC/building electrical/plumbing/fire protection emphasis and 5+ years of experience (or 10+ years without a degree); strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
Required Qualifications
- College degree in mechanical, electrical, or architectural engineering with an emphasis in HVAC, building electrical, or plumbing, or fire protection with a minimum of 5 years of experience or a minimum of 10 years qualified experience without a degree.
