Job Summary
Oversee field operations in the Daytona area by evaluating scenarios to prevent problems, ensuring installation jobs meet builder schedules, and verifying layout, materials, and budget accuracy. Collaborate with trade partners to maintain quality and efficiency while performing pre- and post-installation inspections and accurate field measurements. Resolve conflicts regarding vendor contracts, work orders, and job progress, and authorize installer payments for completed work. Track milestone dates in scheduling software, accompany subcontractor technicians on warranty jobs, and act as a courier for job-related materials. Requires a valid Florida driver's license, ability to lift 50 lb loads, and daily travel. Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid Florida driver's license
- Reliable personal vehicle available for company use
- Ability to lift, push, and/or pull loads in excess of 50 lb
- Fundamental mathematical comprehension
- Daily travel

- Bilingual in English and Spanish
- Ability to effectively communicate both written and orally in both languages
- Prior experience using common software programs
