Job Summary
Lead daily execution of a complex, multi-workstream enterprise software implementation by owning the program plan, tracking milestones, and flagging risks or schedule variances to the Program Manager. Direct onshore and offshore team members across all workstreams to ensure clarity on priorities, blockers, and deliverables while enforcing the RACI matrix and governance cadence. Capture, track, and drive resolution for all risks and issues via the risk and issue log, maintaining backlog hygiene and coordinating sprint planning logistics. Draft client-facing and internal status reports, manage system access and onboarding for new team members, and track scope decisions against the program plan and budget. This full-time W2 role includes bi-weekly client office commutes in Falls Church, VA, and utilizes AI tools for documentation and reporting.
Required Qualifications
- 5–8 years of project management experience
- at least 3 years spent on enterprise software delivery engagements
- Demonstrable experience running hybrid onshore/offshore delivery teams across multiple time zones
- Strong proficiency with Jira
