Project Manager – Data Centers

Lead multiple concurrent data center development projects, coordinating site/civil, environmental, utility, and permitting efforts from early due diligence through design and construction support. Develop and manage program execution plans, schedules, budgets, risk registers, and reporting frameworks while overseeing consultants to ensure alignment with scope and contract requirements. Serve as a key client-facing representative to facilitate communication among internal teams, external agencies, and regulatory bodies, preparing executive briefings and issue-resolution strategies. Integrate multidisciplinary technical inputs into cohesive development strategies, identify risks related to schedule and utilities, and implement mitigation plans. Assist with scope definition, contract negotiations, and financial performance monitoring, while mentoring project managers and fostering collaboration across service lines.
