Job Summary
Coordinate daily construction progress reporting, change management, and resource allocation for multiple active projects. Procure equipment and materials while managing vendor relationships to ensure timely delivery. Track tools, materials, and budgets, verifying constructability and resolving field issues to keep projects on schedule. Supervise engineering, safety, and construction activities in compliance with client contracts and local regulations. Represent AMPP Construction to clients and oversee proposal preparation. Requires a Bachelor's degree, ability to travel and fly domestically, and experience in construction project management.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, construction management, business, or related field
- Ability to travel to project sites
- Communication skills
- Organization and multi-tasking between multiple active projects
- Coordination/Logistics
- Computer skills including MS Word, Excel, and MS PowerPoint
- Schedule and Planning Understanding
- Problem solving skills
- Driver's License – ability to drive throughout the US
- Ability to fly throughout the continental US as needed
- Excellent organization and time management skills
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- High level of professionalism and integrity
- Lift and carry heavy items weighing up to 50 lbs
- See and hear naturally or with correction
- Full range of motion and flexibility consistent with requirements of job duties
- Requires using hands to handle, control, or feel objects, tools or controls according to a set procedure
- Requires repetitive movement
- Requires working in very hot or very cold temperatures and exposure to inclement weather such as dust, wind, snow, rain, etc
- Requires working extremely bright or low lighting conditions
- Includes exposure to sounds and noise levels that are distracting or uncomfortable
