Job Summary
Lead end-to-end IBMS project execution in Data Center environments, overseeing installation, integration, and commissioning of IBMS, CFS, CCTV, and BMS; manage timelines, budgets, resources; coordinate with clients, consultants, vendors; ensure safety and quality; manage site teams and subcontractors; handle project documentation, billing, and closure. Requires 7+ years in IBMS/ELV, data center experience; PMP a plus; willingness to travel.
Required Qualifications
- 7+ years of experience in IBMS / ELV project execution
- Minimum 3-4 years of experience in Data Center projects (mandatory)
- Strong technical expertise in IBMS, Fire Systems (CFS), BMS and CCTV
- Experience in project planning, scheduling, stakeholder management & client coordination, vendor management
