Job Summary
Manage complex projects related to customized power solutions for Data Centers, serving as the primary point of contact between Pramac and customers during execution. Define project scope, goals, deliverables, and timelines in collaboration with stakeholders, then lead cross-functional teams including Engineering, Procurement, Production, and Quality to ensure successful delivery on time, within scope, and to the highest standards. Develop Project Management Plans, monitor progress, ensure technical compliance with international standards, and prepare documentation and status reports. Support Sales and Business Development with technical input and feasibility assessments while continuously identifying opportunities to improve processes and reduce costs.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, or related field)
- 5+ years of experience in project management within an industrial or engineering environment
- Strong technical understanding of energy storage systems or backup power solutions
- Proven track record of managing complex, customer-facing projects
- Excellent organizational, leadership, and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines
- Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies (e.g., MS Project, PMI standards)
- Fluency in English (written and spoken)
- Willingness to travel occasionally to customer sites or manufacturing plants
