Job Summary
Lead and manage complex, fast-paced projects from initiation through closeout, driving safety, quality, budget, and schedule performance. Act as a client-focused communicator while coordinating cross-functional teams across design, manufacturing, construction, and logistics to ensure efficient site execution. Oversee project financials, forecasting, and change management, supporting estimating efforts with a data-driven approach to develop accurate cost models. Manage subcontractors and trade partners, lead structured program launches, and identify risks with a proactive mindset. Mentor Assistant Project Managers and capture lessons learned for continuous improvement. This role supports BLOX's mission to revolutionize the construction industry through innovative modular building solutions.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
- Proven experience as a Project Manager in construction or manufacturing
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem solving skills
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
- Ability to manage schedules and interpret technical drawings
- Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams, including design, manufacturing and construction disciplines
- Experience in a design-build or modular construction environment
- Ability to thrive in a high growth innovative organization
