Job Summary
Own assigned data center projects and workstreams from initiation through closeout, developing execution plans and maintaining schedules aligned with the program master. Coordinate activities across engineering, design, construction, and vendor teams to drive progress, track dependencies, and resolve risks before impacting delivery. Facilitate meetings, manage stakeholder communication, and provide executive-ready reporting on budget, scope, and status. Escalate schedule conflicts proactively while recommending mitigation strategies to ensure alignment with broader program objectives.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- 3–6+ years of Project Management experience supporting infrastructure, construction, engineering, capital projects, utilities, manufacturing, data centers, or EPC environments
- Demonstrated ability to independently manage a defined scope of work from start to finish
- Experience coordinating multiple stakeholders, vendors, consultants, and technical teams
- Strong understanding of project scheduling, dependencies, risk management, and project execution
- Excellent communication, organizational, and stakeholder management skills
- Experience maintaining project documentation and status reporting
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with competing priorities
- Up to 20% travel to any or all 50 US states
Desired Qualifications
- PMP or similar credential
- Data center development, construction, commissioning, or infrastructure experience
- Experience within EPC, engineering consulting, owner's representative, or capital project delivery environments
- Exposure to large-scale infrastructure, mission-critical facilities, energy, utility, or industrial projects
- Experience supporting multiple projects within a larger program structure
